DML News Morning Briefing, April 2

Today is April 2. Below are some of the stories grabbing headlines this morning. I hope you share this briefing as doing so will make you the smartest person in the room.

1.NYC garage worker charged with attempted murder after shooting armed thief
Fox News -A New York City parking garage attendant was hit with an attempted murder charge after confronting an armed thief and wrestling the gun away before opening fire on the suspect.

Moussa Diarra, 57, is also charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon in connection with the incident that occurred at around 5:30 a.m. Saturday morning.

The man then pulled a gun on Diarra, who attempted to grab the firearm. The gun was fired, leaving Diarra with a shot to the stomach and grazed in the ear by a bullet.

Diarra proceeded to turn the firearm on the potential thief and shot him in the chest.

The alleged thief, 59-year-old Charles Rhodie, was also charged with attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon. He also faces a burglary charge, police said.

2.Bud Lite goes totally woke, supports Trans maniac
Twitter – A transgender who recently detransitioned back to a male, and who is now trying to bring awareness to the dangers of the trans movement, Oli London, posted a disturbing tweet Saturday. See it below. It reads: Budweiser have released a Dylan Mulvaney Beer congratulating the biological man on 365 days of being a girl “cheers to 365 days” 🍺 🍻

FYI it’s not an April Fools Joke. They actually are paying Dylan to be the new face of BudLight

Mulvaney, who is widely considered the most popular transgender in the US, and who has interviewed Joe Biden, and received a letter of congrats from the Vice President, posted a video of himself (or herself, whichever you prefer) on Instagram stating that Bud had sent him gifts in celebration of his transition one year earlier.

3.Brittney Griner urges Biden to bring home reporter Gershkovich
April 2 (Reuters) – U.S. basketball star Brittney Griner, who was freed from a Russian penal colony in a prisoner exchange last year, has urged the Biden administration to keep using “every tool possible” to win the release of a U.S. reporter accused of spying in Russia.

Griner and her wife Cherelle said on Instagram that “our hearts are filled with great concern” for Evan Gershkovich, the journalist arrested by Russia’s FSB security service last week in the Urals city of Yekaterinburg.

The Kremlin says Gershkovich was using journalism as a cover for spying activity – something his newspaper, the Wall Street Journal, has vehemently denied.

4.CDC to send personnel to fight rare, deadly Marburg virus in Africa
NY Post – The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is sending personnel to Africa to help quell a rare, deadly viral outbreak that has killed 12 people since February.

Marburg — a viral hemorrhagic fever — had never been reported in either Guinea or Tanzania, where cases have been cropping up in the last several weeks, the World Health Organization said.

The CDC warns that Marburg is “a rare and deadly disease” that can be spread by contaminated objects and animals, like fruit bats and primates.

Symptoms include fever, chills, headache, muscle pain, rash, sore throat, diarrhea, vomiting, stomach pain, chest pain, and unexplained bleeding or bruising.

Infection with Marburg virus is often fatal. There are no approved vaccines or treatments for Marburg.

5. DML News App dumps Google.
Later today, I will be posting a video to the 99Cents Club account on Facebook.  Shortly after, we will post the same video here on the DML NEWS APP.  The video highlights many important things about the DML NEWS APP and ads.  In short, Google threatened to remove all the ads from our website over continued BOGUS violations.  Publishing articles about elections, transgenders, Covid, Ukraine, etc, appears to trigger the idiots at Google.  So, after 15 years of using their ads as a way to generate revenue and stay afloat, we are leaving them for good.  The next exodus for us will be on Facebook.  Thus, there are changes coming to the DML NEWS APP and TeamDML.  If we do not make these changes we will NOT be able to continue doing what we do for you.  Meaning, the DML NEWS App and TeamDML will have to shut down. This would be a terrible thing, and my family has a plan to prevent it from happening, but we will need your help.  More details on that coming later today via the video.  So, please look for it and watch from start to finish.  It will be a short video. In addition, there will be more information to come in the days ahead via my podcast.  But for now, please know the Google relationship is over, and I could not be happier.
