DML Morning Briefing June 8

By  Dennis Michael Lynch

Today is June 8. Below are some of the stories grabbing headlines this morning. I hope you share this briefing as doing so will make you the smartest person in the room.

1.Kristi Noem wins midterm primary in South Dakota
WASHINGTON, June 7 (Reuters) – South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem, a staunch ally of former President Donald Trump, easily won the Republican nomination to seek reelection in November, while a former member of Trump’s cabinet was locked in a tight race in his Montana primary for the U.S. House of Representatives on Tuesday.

Noem, known for her opposition to COVID-19 restrictions, won her primary with 77% of the vote, while former Trump Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke of Montana was locked in a tight race as he seeks the party’s nomination to return to Congress.

DML: No shock about Noem’s win, as for Zinke the votes remain to be counted in full but he should emerge victorious.

2.Two preschool teachers are arrested after parents saw their children being abused on classroom video stream
DailyMail – Two preschool teachers have been arrested for cruelty to children after parents watched them abuse two and three-year-old students on a live video stream from the classroom.

Footage from inside the Pre-Primary B classroom of Parker Chase Preschool, in East Roswell, Georgia, allegedly shows Zeina Alostwani, 40, and Soriana Briceno, 19, pushing and shouting at children as they sat in a circle on the floor as a group last week.

Zeina Alostwani is seen standing on a child’s hand and kneeing another child in the back, while 19-year-old Soriana, who is sat in the centre of the group of children, shouting at one child close to their face. She also shoves them in the forehead with her finger.

DML: The video is available under my comments here.  All I have to say is listen to my podcast today to get my feelings on this matter.  I am outraged, this women are scum.

3.Larry Nassar victims, including Olympians, seek over $1B in claims against FBI for investigation failures
Fox News – Former Olympic gymnasts Simone Biles, Aly Raisman and McKayla Maroney are part of a group of nearly 90 women bringing claims under the Federal Tort Claims Act against the FBI, claiming that their failure to properly investigate complaints against Dr. Larry Nassar resulted in the continued sexual abuse of women and girls under his care.

Nassar, a former doctor for USA Gymnastics and Michigan State University, is spending what will likely be the rest of his life behind bars after being convicted of abusing dozens of female athletes under the guise of medical treatment. The FBI received reports in 2015 that Nassar abused at multiple gymnasts, but a Justice Department Inspector General report found that they did not open an investigation at that time.

“FBI officials, who possessed this knowledge and were in a position to end Nassar’s predation, were grossly derelict in their duties resulting in Nassar sexually assaulting approximately 100 young women and children between July 28, 2015, and September 12, 2016, and conspired with the highest-ranking officials within the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee and USA Gymnastics, Inc. to conceal this known sexual abuse from foreseeable victims,” a claim from five of the former gymnasts said.

DML: Sorry Simone and company, the agents were too busy investigating Trump and his so-called ties to Russia, and they won’t be any better today as most agents are targeting moms and dads who don’t like CRT and masking at schools.

4. School hires drag queen to dance for middle schoolers
According to Libs For TikTok, a San Francisco middle school brought a drag queen named “Nicole Jizz” to perform for students. I have obtained more footage of the drag show which took place today at Aspire Richmond California College Preparatory Academy, a middle school in Richmond, Ca. The drag queen’s stage name is “jizz.”

DML: Criminals run the schools. And they’re all Democrats, or so it seems.

5. Moderna touts its Covid-19 booster

(CNN)– Moderna said on Wednesday its bivalent Covid-19 vaccine booster that contained a vaccine targeting the Omicron variant showed a stronger immune response against the variant.

Bivalent boosters address two viral strains in the same vaccine. The updated booster contains Moderna’s original vaccine, and a vaccine candidate that targets the Omicron variant.
The vaccine was generally well-tolerated, the company said, with side effects similar to booster doses of the current vaccine.

DML: I’ll stick with DML CBD thank you.
